Behind every amazing show, there’s an invisible power team making sure everything onstage runs smoothly. Without this small but incredibly dedicated group, “Das ist doch krank!/Sick and Tired” simply wouldn’t be possible.
They take care of the artists, making sure they’re well looked after, keep the tech running flawlessly, and ensure you can enjoy the livestream without any interruptions. Plus, they set up the mini marketplace and the audience area, getting everything ready and welcoming. And a big part of what they do is constantly improving the show’s accessibility—so everyone can join in and have a great time.

Stage Manager #1
Adam T. Richards (any pronouns) is a 33-year-old queer trans masculine person, hailing from what is currently known as the United States. After growing up in the opera scene, he went on to study narrative filmmaking before transitioning back into live production via stage management. He has worked with a multitude of mediums, such as drag, burlesque, and circus, to name a few, from the smallest dive bars to the biggest of festivals. After a lifetime of various health issues and concerns, he makes a point to use that wealth of personal experience to provide the care and attentiveness that his coworkers and clients rightly deserve.
Production Manager
Chiara Elisa Rossini lives and works in Berlin. She is a theatre director, performer, theatre educator, and production manager. She has been working in the field of contemporary theatre since 2005. For many years she was a member of the Italian theater company Teatro del Lemming, where she worked as a performer and theater educator, taking part in numerous national and international productions. In 2015, she founded Welcome Project in Berlin, which has also operated as a cultural association in Turin since 2018. As part of her artistic practice, she develops and produces performances as well as participatory and interdisciplinary projects. Alongside her artistic work, she works as a production manager and project coordinator for independent theater productions and cultural projects. She worked as a production manager at Ballhaus Naunynstraße and collaborated with Tatwerk | PerformativeForschung on several artistic projects. For many years, she has also led theater workshops for children, young people, and adults in schools, cultural institutions, and festivals in Germany and Italy.
Stage Manager #2
Daisy Red is an autistic & ADHD burlesque performer with chronic migraines. She traded the calm of the French Alps for the decadence of the Berlin Metropolis. Yet even for her, the stage can sometimes be too loud and too bright. As a stage manager, she’s dedicated to assisting the performers to let them shine on stage.
DJ/Sound Engineer
Ixa is a multidisciplinary artist from Philadelphia, based in Berlin since 2016. While her primary project is her experimental hip hop music, she produces in various genres and is also a DJ, performance artist, and professional lighting technician.
Livestream Director
Shakrah Yves is an accomplished interdisciplinary artist, performer, and designer with over two decades of experience spanning live theater, film, music, fashion, and visual art. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the California College of the Arts and has trained at major San Francisco institutions, including the Brava Theater and the iconic Beach Blanket Babylon. Her diverse career bridges the US and Europe, moving from early avant-garde film screenings
To the New York fashion world, where she worked with designers like Adrienne Landau. An accomplished musician and dancer, she founded the early jazz band The Cat's Meow in San Francisco and later joined The Third Armadillo Jazz Band after relocating to Berlin in 2016. Her theatrical work includes roles as an actor, director, and makeup artist, featuring performances at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and collaborations with EDELSTAHL Events & Productions.
Following a brief hiatus to focus on her family, Shakrah returned to the stage in 2025 with her full-length multimedia play, Shadow of the Raven, at Theater Forum Kreuzberg. Serving as the production's writer, director, costume designer, and technical engineer, she crafted an experimental, gothic exploration of Edgar Allan Poe's psyche. A film adaptation of this latest work is currently in development.
